Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · On-site / Hybrid · Base + Uncapped Commission
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new policyholders across personal and commercial lines
- Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business through referrals and renewals
- Collaborate with the team to hit individual and agency-wide production goals
- Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations
What we look for
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain — we'll support you)
- 1+ years sales, customer-facing, or business development experience preferred
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Strong verbal and written communication; CRM proficiency a plus
